PD Shackle
Feature
1. PD clevis is made of forged steel and hot dip galvanized to prevent corrosion.
2. It minimizes wind vibrations, reducing dynamic stress on the assembly.
3. The clevis helps to alleviate static stress on fiber optic cables.
4. It is compact and offers strong mechanical properties.
5. The cotter-pin is stainless steel, while other parts are hot-dip galvanized steel.
6. It improves the anti-vibration capabilities of optical cables.

Summary
PD clevis is a connecting fitting that adjusts the length of assembly parts. It can be used to connect single-layer or double-layer clevises. Made from medium-thick steel plate using punching and shearing techniques, it functions similarly to other fittings like parallel clevis, Z type clevis, ZBD type clevis, U type clevis, adjusting plate, and yoke plate. In grid erection, a significant quantity of clevises is often necessary.
