On the morning of September 18,2023,Guangdong Henvcon Power Technology Co.,Ltd.carried out the value stream improvement project.The event is to strengthen corporate management and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.

The fifth group,mass production order delivery rate improvement project team.
Mr. Dan,Deputy director of the Fine Management Department of Henvcon,shared the value stream improvement methods and tools and applications.
Dongguan lean expert Mr.Zhang for everyone to share the knowledge of scientific scheduling.
